Founded Numotion in 2000 and developed and marketed Content Management Software for 10+ years to businesses directly and through internet partners for use in their online projects. Pre Wordpress/Drupal era. Numotion was awarded a top 20 ranking as most innovative Dutch internet startups in 2004 by VNU/Intermediair because of its WebManager CMS and its project implementations. Worked in Business Services, Government, Healthcare, Education and Retail improving customer experience, increasing revenues and reducing operational costs. Clients include Philips, Shell, KPN, GfK, Oce, Ahold, Spar and various Dutch internet agencies and healthcare organisations. Since 2013 developing software tools and analyzing data for datadriven tradingstrategies in financial markets. And mainly interested in Blockchain Technology, Cryptocurrencies, Data Analysis, Artificial Intelligence and Privacy related topics.

In cooperation with byParra, build their international e-commerce business. Main deliverable is a webshop platform with thirdparty integrations for payments, stock, delivery worldwide. The platform enables byParra to sell its designer clothing directly to worldwide consumers and retailers resulting in increasing revenues to over $1M. byParra obtains business value by reducing costs related to brick and mortar shops and an exponential growth with global market reach. Responsible for Business Consulting, Agile Software Development and Online Marketing. Also provided SEO and Web Analytics to research customer journey and improve checkout conversions and sales.

Commissioned by the Dutch Assoction for Radiology, we developed websites using Numotion WebManager CMS. The association promotes the interests of radiologists in the Netherlands. The platforms provide 2000+ radiologists with up-to-date information and interactive services supporting their profession. Radiologists can manage careerprofiles, signup for conferences and courses, order books and communicatie via forums through a secured environment. Efficient communication, knowledgemanagement, datacollection and increased productivity are the main deliverables and advantages for the association. In addition to the website, we previously launched an e-learning pilot at Leiderdorp hospital. Numotion took full responsibility for this project from concept to launch as a fullservice internet provider. I remain actively involved today, as I have been from Sales to Consultancy, Agile Project Management, Full Stack Development, Training and Support.

Together with GfK Panel Services, we launched and supported GfK’s corporate intranet based on Numotion WebManager CMS. The intranet improves internal communications and supports 300+ employees in their day to day jobs. It contains both primary and secundary information flows from backoffice systems and provides knowledge management capabilities and authorisations within the GfK network. Improved communication is the most important achievement and business value for GfK accounting for their ROI. I was involved in Sales, Consultancy, Agile Project Management, Full Stack Development, Training and Support for Numotion. Being a full-service supplier Numotion took full responsibility for a succesful launch and continuous support and obtained a preferred partner qualification with regard to GfK Panel Services ISO 9000-2000 certification.

Training and workshops to develop a business model and digital strategy for a startup and internet marketing consultancy and services (SEO and Web Analytics) for several projects by GREEN Hybride Marketing, a marketing agency in agriculture.

We delivered a corporate intranet project for Océ Technologies based on Numotion WebManager CMS, together with Digibiz. The intranet supports 200+ employees in their daily jobs with up-to-date information and provides authorised access to key documents for sales and procurement departments. The project involved establising a content editorial workflow with many groups having different access to information and management tools. An improved internal communication process is the most important deliverable and business value for Océ.

Delivered an Intranet application based on Numotion Webmanager software.

Commissioned by AHOLD, we launched the first Allerhande website based on Numotion WebManager CMS. Making recipes and products accessible has made a significant contribution to the customer experience and revenue growth.

As commissioned by Spar Holding and Spar International, we launched and supported 5 website projects from concept to launch based on Numotion WebManager CMS. These projects involve two corporate websites, two corporate intranets and an extranet. The corporate websites focus on consumers providing latest deals and 4000+ franchisers. Substantial cost-reduction and improved internal communications were the main deliverables.

Responsible for Quality and Risk Management at Logica's software development team (100+ people) working for Telfort Amsterdam. Responsible for Project Management during the software implementation of KPN number portability service. This service allowed customers to switch providers while maintaining their mobile number. Responsibilities include: ✔ Lead team (15 people) ✔ Management Reporting ✔ Creating Project and Quality plans ✔ Managing processes in accordance with ITIL/ PRINCE2 guidelines.
