Hello! I’m Najmeh Rashedi — a creative content creator, children’s book author, illustrator, and designer of yoga-based games, flashcards, and educational tools for kids.

With over 5 years of experience as a certified children’s yoga instructor, I combine movement, mindfulness, art, and storytelling to help children grow with joy, focus, and confidence. As the founder of Hello Yoga Academy, I develop original, playful, and educational yoga programs for young learners around the world.
