Ik ben een Backend PHP Web Developer met een sterke focus op PHP frameworks zoals Laravel en Symfony. Op dit moment ben ik bezig met de verdere ontwikkeling van een SaaS product, namelijk TimeSave. Dit is gebaseerd op Laravel en FilamentPHP en is reserveringssoftware voor (op dit moment) restaurants. Daarnaast heb ik ervaring met Shopware, Docker, Sylius en Sulu. Mijn passie ligt bij het schrijven van schone, onderhoudbare code. Tevens ben ik ben ik de oprichter van Netbela, een hostingbedrijf waar ik mijn vaardigheden in softwareontwikkeling en infrastructuurbeheer samenbreng om hoogwaardige hostingoplossingen te leveren. Naast softwareontwikkeling heb ik 10 jaar ervaring als Linux/DevOps Engineer. Ik heb een breed scala aan Linux-infrastructuren, virtualisatieplatformen en opslagoplossingen gebouwd en beheerd. In de afgelopen jaren heb ik me gefocust op Ansible, GitLab CI/CD, Kubernetes, Flux, ArgoCD en Docker. Mijn DevOps-achtergrond stelt me in staat om de kloof tussen softwareontwikkeling en operations te overbruggen, wat resulteert in soepele deploys en schaalbare oplossingen.

As a cloud infrastructure engineer, I'm responsible for designing, implementing, maintaining, and supporting scalable and secure cloud-based systems and services. I'm also curently occupying a DevOps engineer role within my current comany Spacewell, where I'm interacting with IT and development teams to ensure that the cloud infrastructure is optimized for performance, availability, and cost-efficiency. Key Responsibilities: Design and deploy cloud infrastructure solutions using providers such as AWS, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP). Automate infrastructure provisioning using Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) tools like Terraform, CloudFormation, or Ansible. Monitor cloud environments to ensure system reliability, performance, and cost optimization. Implement and manage security best practices, including identity and access management, encryption, and compliance. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to cloud services, networking, and system performance. Collaborate with development teams to ensure cloud infrastructure meets application requirements. Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines to streamline deployments. Maintain documentation for system configurations, procedures, and best practices.
