Ik help organisaties bij het ontwerpen van digitale producten die inclusief en toegankelijk, conform internationale toegankelijkheidsrichtlijnen (WCAG, EN 301 549). Mijn doel is om organisaties te helpen bij het ontwikkelen van producten die daadwerkelijk goed werken voor iedereen. Met een ijzersterke achtergrond in UX en gebruikersonderzoek combineer ik creativiteit met strategisch denken. Voorheen werkte ik voor onder andere ING, KNMI, Wikimedia Foundation, Eneco en Accell Group. Waar ik teams hielp om complexe digitale structuren om te zetten in heldere, toegankelijke gebruikerservaringen. Via Studio Maell ondersteun ik organisaties in elke fase van het ontwerpproces — van onderzoek en prototyping tot design systems.
