Hi all! I'm Anna Dolman I'm a fractional operations partner at Dolmana. I help founders and scaling teams move from scattered to integrated. I've spent seven years across startups and scaleups (Quatt, LCB LED Europe, The Good Roll) learning how to spot bottlenecks before they become crises. My education in cultural anthropology and applied ethics shapes how I work: I think systemically, ask hard questions, and build knowledge infrastructure that actually sticks.I'm also neurodivergent and gifted, which means I think non-linearly, get bored by surface-level solutions, and am your jack of all trades. • Blackbird Health (NL): Platform positioning, email & SEO & GEO strategy, services and prices, Dutch and English content direction 
• G10 van de Economie en de Filosofie (Amsterdam): Outreach coordination, speaker editing (Žižek, Varoufakis, Goff, Hertog, Manzotti), conference logistics for the Dec 2026 festival at Zuiderkerk
