I help entrepreneurs and organizations improve manual, time-consuming, and error-prone processes and automate them where practical.

I first analyze how the current process works, where errors or delays occur, and which solution would be practical and useful. This may range from improving an existing Excel file to developing a dashboard, workflow, or connection between business systems.

I can help with:

• Improving, repairing, and restructuring Excel files• Cleaning, combining, and automating data with Power Query• Developing Power BI dashboards and operational reports• Creating SQL queries for analysis, control, and reporting• Automating recurring tasks with Power Automate• Setting up SharePoint lists, forms, documents, and workflows• Analyzing and improving manual administrative processes• Combining data from different files and systems• Supporting system integrations and e-commerce processes• Troubleshooting existing reports and automation solutions

I have also worked on automation solutions for Shopify stores and sellers on a Dutch online marketplace.

For Shopify processes, I designed solutions for order validation, risk signals, address checks, shipping-label creation, fulfilment, tracking, inventory checks, and operational status registration.

For marketplace sellers, I worked on concepts for identifying delayed shipments, missing tracking information, cancellations, inventory problems, return risks, and other issues that may affect seller performance.

My experience combines operations, supply chain, data analysis, and process improvement. I therefore consider both the technical solution and how it will work in the user’s daily business process.

My tools include Excel, Power Query, Power BI, DAX, SQL, Power Automate, SharePoint, Python, and system integrations.

Small assignments, troubleshooting, and improvements to existing files or processes are also welcome. After reviewing the assignment, I can advise whether hourly support or a fixed project price would be most suitable.

My main working language is English. Basic communication in Dutch is also possible.
