Landed line innovation on #1 SKU “Feast” achieving a FY growth of 1000bps on the overall portfolio. Developed a brand campaign pioneering OOH campaign featuring influencers as protagonists to enhance consumer relevance to create relevancy during the winter season with first of its kind PR activity that led to generating 25% incremental sales on ECOM vs 2021.
Developed brand strategy on the biggest contributing franchise (Infallible) whilst selecting right pillars to invest on for growth. Drove the brand’s vision to become an ecom driven brand and shifted 25% brand turnover with focus on strategic partnerships and optimizing lower funnel activities
