Senior CAD Drafter & BIM Modeler with 12 years of full-time experience as the sole CAD authority across architectural, structural, MEP, hydraulic, and civil disciplines at a leading multidisciplinary consulting engineering firm in Iran (Sadrabniroo Consulting Engineers, 2012–2024). Delivered 100+ projects across 8 sectors, including hospitals and healthcare facilities, water treatment plants and pumping stations, multi-storey administrative buildings, sports complexes, and residential and industrial developments.

Registered Professional Architectural Engineer (Grade 2 Supervisor, Iran Construction Engineering Organization) and Certified Building Drafter (Grade 1 & 2, Iran TVTO).

Core tools: AutoCAD 2D/3D (expert level), Revit/BIM (actively building up), 3ds Max, and Lumion.

Since relocating to the Netherlands, I run my own registered business, Studio Behnam, converting scanned or PDF drawings into clean, properly layered DWG files and supporting architecture and engineering firms that need extra drafting capacity. Recent work includes converting hand-drawn and PDF architectural plans into complete DWG drawing sets for clients in Belgium and the Netherlands.

How I work: for new clients, I'm happy to provide a small sample or preview of the drawing before final payment, so you can check quality and accuracy first. Clear communication, realistic deadlines, and fair pricing matter to me as much as the drawings themselves.

I speak English, Persian, Kurdish, Turkish, and Azerbaijani, and I'm currently learning Dutch.
