Leading the revenue growth management agenda across North West Europe (Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg, Denmark, Sweden, Finland, Norway and Iceland) for Salty Snacks, Nuts and Grains/Cereals across all RGM levers (pricing, promotion, pack price architecture and mix). A member of the Netherlands market leadership team. Key accomplishments include: - Redesigned and expanded a high-performing RGM team, shifting from three to seven associates to drive focus and meet evolving and heightened organisational needs. Recruited and onboarded top talent to ensure team is set up to drive excellence and maturity. - Delivered annual plans across all RGM levers, with an upweighted focus on offering targeted value against a high-inflationary environment. Led the design of ANZ’s long-term portfolio strategy across food and beverages by actively collaborating with the ELT to identify growth opportunities and partnering cross-functionally to champion these strategies from ideation through to execution. Delivered accelerated ANZ business NR growth. Key accomplishments include: - Partnered with the Commercial ELT to define the AU Foods Better For You (BFY) growth strategy and roadmap to lead the segment by 2026. Successfully lobbied key stakeholders to accelerate transition, aligning ANZ’s renovation roadmap to exceed externally-committed goals. - Led end-to-end business diagnostic for NZ Foods BU, partnering with the GM to create a 5-year strategy and stand up and execute strategic projects. Delivered double digit NR growth and triple digit NOPBT growth. - Led the development of ANZ Beverages 5 year strategy, identifying an ambition to accelerate growth with an ANZ-first reinvestment plan as fuel to grow. - Led end-to-end strategic project operationalisation from identification through to project management and performance tracking. Select projects include accelerating immediate consumption and expanding biscuits. - Worked with the CEO, CFO and APAC Leadership to screen M&A targets, conduct due diligence and align stakeholders on prioritised potential acquisitions. - Effectively led team of two (Strategy Associate Manager and PMO), fostering strong rapport and recognition as a skilled people leader. Established a new PMO role, enhancing project management capabilities. - Advocate of continued professional development: delivered Strategy: Advanced Program training to 40+ global attendees, presented BFY at the Global Strategy Summit and ran Excel and Thinkcell training for ANZ. - Owned the development of a 5 year category and internal volume forecast model by channel and product. - Lead by example in my role on the ANZ Operating Leadership Team and Finance Leadership Team.
