This is especially critical for organizations with ambitious goals and/or complex structures, where alignment and collaboration are essential for achieving real results. I guide organizations and leaders in making their strategy concrete and embedding it throughout the organization. Using a strategic narrative, OKRs, and KPIs as a foundation, I create focus and ownership so that every part of the organization understands how it contributes to success. As Strategy Manager, I drive strategy execution by translating the company’s strategic direction into clear strategic narratives, strong organizational alignment, and focused, outcome-driven goals (cascading design: OKRs/KPIs). Partnering closely with the Executive Board, middle management, and functional leads, I challenge and sharpen strategic choices and ownership. I ensure company-wide alignment so that each business unit contributes effectively within its scope and that all local impact adds up to enterprise-level results. I support value-focused goal setting, advise on KPIs, and design the structures needed for coordinated, high-impact execution. In addition, I have developed workshops, tools, tracking methods, and a Performance Review Way of Working that sustainably strengthen outcome-driven execution.

In my role as Agile Transformation Consultant, I address various issues related to Agile and Digital Transformation. These issues range from optimizing Ways of Working and coaching Leads and Units on performance, to promoting outcome- and data-driven execution aligned with strategic goals

As a member of the Talpa Online Platforms (TOP) Leadership Team, I led the translation of the overarching strategy into concrete, outcome-driven goals across all levels of the organization (TOP, brand, and team). I led strategic programs to ensure that each business domain could contribute in a focused and aligned way to the company objectives. By designing the OKR framework, governance structure, training, tools, and cadence, I provided the strategic infrastructure necessary for consistent goal execution. I coached the MT and brand leadership in goal setting, strategic alignment, and progress monitoring, ensuring the entire organization moved in sync. Driving execution also meant shaping the cultural foundation, embedding a growth mindset and enabling autonomous, data-informed, Agile teams across JUKE, KIJK, Shownieuws, Hart van Nederland, LINDA., Vandaag Inside online, and supporting functions. The result: self-steering teams focused on value delivery, experimentation, and measurable outcomes that collectively advanced the TOP strategy.

As a Growth Architect I design and implement strategies for all kinds of businesses to help them grow (start-ups, scale-ups, MKB, Corporates). During these trajectories I guide companies towards success using business modelling methods, such as Business Model Canvas, Value Proposition Canvas and Growth Model Template* (*designed and developed by the Bammboo team and myself). I identify the business needs and challenges. From there, I'll help businesses discover their true brand identity and the problem solution fit or product market fit. Finally I help them build strong Agile teams and Agile WoW. I do so using elements from The Lean Startup methodology, Agile, Growth Hacking, OKR-setting, Design Thinking and Behavioral Psychology. Moreover, I oversee Bammboo's Training Proposition, managing aspects like strategy, positioning, program management, and team management. I also conduct training sessions for management and Agile teams, equipping them with an Agile and Growth Marketing mindset and skillset. Additionally, I mentor young professionals in developing skills like Growth Marketing, Agile, Lean Startup, UX Design, SEO, Online Advertising, Marketing Automation, and Technical Skills
