I help scale-ups and enterprises turn AI strategy into dependable production systems. I work as an AI architect and fractional CTO / Chief AI Officer, combining hands-on engineering with technical leadership.
I have worked professionally in AI since 2009 and hold a PhD in Computational Linguistics (Marie Curie Fellow). My background covers NLP, machine learning, computer vision and generative AI, with 34 publications, including more than 30 peer-reviewed publications. I have led five teams and more than 30 people.
My work includes LLM and multi-agent architecture, LangGraph orchestration, RAG and evaluation pipelines, FastAPI and pgvector, and model routing across OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, Mistral and Cohere. I build cloud-native platforms on Azure AKS and AWS EKS with Helm, KEDA and Terraform, with LangFuse / LangSmith tracing, Prometheus / Grafana observability and automated release assurance.
