I helped Vos Koffie to strengthen both B2C and B2B experiences. This included redesigning packaging with more sustainable materials, (re)designing the website, ads and social content, and shaping a more consistent brand presence across channels.

I helped CoreCare launch a new product focused on improving the accuracy and speed at which referrals from hospitals are screened by Skilled Nursing Facilities. The sales team successfully used the Figma prototype to attract and close new customers, resulting in 7 figures ARR.

My primary objective was to ensure that the application effectively addresses the real problems faced by our users. To achieve a comprehensive understanding of our user base, I conducted research utilising various human-centred methods. I translated my observations into actionable insights, which inspired new ideas and innovations within my team. My responsibilities included high-fidelity UI design, crafting intuitive interface copy to ensure a cohesive and intuitive user experience, and collaborating with engineers to establish a Design System. Together with my team of engineers, I set up a Design System. I also established a research repository from scratch, consolidating data from all channels into a single, accessible location.

As a Product Manager, I drive the vision, strategy, and execution of product initiatives, ensuring alignment with business goals and user needs. My responsibilities encompass customer/user research, strategy, cross-functional team collaboration, product documentation and product lifecycle management from concept to launch. I thrive on transforming complex challenges into intuitive, user-centric solutions. Leveraging my background in UX, I bring a deep understanding of user experience principles to my role. This expertise allows me to advocate for the end-user at every stage of product development, ensuring that our products are not only functional but also delightful to use. My UX insights enable me to bridge the gap between design and engineering, fostering a collaborative environment that prioritises both innovation and usability. By integrating user feedback and input from stakeholders, we continually iterate on our product to enhance user satisfaction and achieve business success. My goal is to create valuable features that resonate with users and drive growth.
