During this project, I developed a pipeline to model mitochondrial membrane protein complexes using text-based analysis and molecular modeling. I used AlphaFold for protein structure prediction and evaluated complex models with metrics like RMSD and pDockQ. I also created an interactive dashboard to visualize results, allowing users to input protein names and view detailed analysis of chains, complexes, and chain pairs.
