Most businesses approach AI backwards: they pick a tool and hope a use case shows up. I do the opposite — I start with a real business decision or bottleneck (a process that's outgrown a spreadsheet, a task eating half your team's day, systems that don't talk to each other) and design the AI system around that, with a clear owner and a measurable outcome.

Before AI, I spent 15+ years fixing operational systems under real pressure — airline ground operations, then building the infrastructure behind an e-learning platform that grew from a handful of students to thousands. Same question every time: where does this actually break, and what needs to be true for it to hold?

Recent work: a custom AI system that flags contract risk under Kazakh commercial law for an industrial company's legal and operations team. And a closed-corpus AI assistant for a training company, built and validated end-to-end so it only answers from their own approved course material — no guessing, no generic AI answers.

How I work: I diagnose where your process is actually breaking, design the system — architecture, prompts, data flow, edge cases — and stay accountable through to a working result, not just a document handed off for someone else to build.
