Hi.Mijn naam is Mandana en ik ben een onafhankelijk IT-consultant gespecialiseerd in het Microsoft Power Platform, Business Intelligence en geavanceerde automatisering. Mijn belangrijkste doel? Bedrijven helpen hun operatie te moderniseren, zonder dat hun mensen buiten de boot vallen.

Ik weet uit eigen ervaring dat digitale transformatie vaak wordt gedreven door harde concurrentiedruk. En laten we eerlijk zijn: de introductie van nieuwe technologie zorgt op de werkvloer vaak voor angst en onzekerheid. Daarom focus ik me zo sterk op de psychologische en menselijke kant van zo'n verandering. Het gaat niet alleen om het installeren van software; het gaat erom je team te begeleiden, hun zorgen weg te nemen en ze echt te laten zien hoe automatisering hun dagelijkse werk makkelijker maakt, in plaats van hun functie te bedreigen.

Als het op de uitvoering aankomt, pak ik elk project aan met een vasthoudende, oplossingsgerichte mindset. Ik neem zelden genoegen met "dat kan niet" als we tegen een technische blokkade aanlopen. Ik duik altijd de diepte in, blijf testen en blijf graven tot ik een oplossing of workaround vind die voor jullie werkt.

Wat ik in de praktijk doe:

• Microsoft Power Platform & M365: Ik bouw geen dertien-in-een-dozijn oplossingen; ik ontwikkel maatwerk Power Apps die precies passen bij hoe jouw team werkt. Heb je specifieke autorisaties nodig (role-based access) zodat alleen de juiste managers gevoelige financiële prognoses kunnen zien? Geen probleem. Daarnaast gebruik ik Power Automate om voorgoed een einde te maken aan het geestdodende, repetitieve administratieve werk waar je team zo'n hekel aan heeft.

• Data & Business Intelligence: Ik creëer interactieve Power BI-dashboards die in real-time helderheid bieden, door ze direct te koppelen aan de zware bedrijfssystemen die jullie al gebruiken, zoals SAP of SharePoint. Zit je met een complexe datamigratie? Ook dat pak ik op: ik verplaats bestanden, Excel/CSV-bijlagen en historische data volledig geautomatiseerd, zodat niemand urenlang bezig is met handmatig knippen en plakken.

• Geavanceerde Automatisering & Integraties: Soms zijn de standaardtools simpelweg niet voldoende. In dat geval bouw ik custom REST API-koppelingen of gebruik ik n8n om complexe workflows op te zetten. Denk aan systemen die automatisch een telefoontje activeren, sms-alerts uitsturen of chats doorsturen zodra een specifieke zakelijke trigger afgaat. Daarnaast gebruik ik regelmatig PowerShell en Python (Anaconda/Spyder) voor het zwaardere datamanipulatie- en beheerwerk.

Need specific role-based access so only the right managers can see sensitive financial forecasts? Done. I also use Power Automate to completely kill off the mind-numbing, repetitive admin tasks your team hates doing.

• Data & Business Intelligence: I create interactive Power BI dashboards that give you real-time clarity, connecting them straight into the heavy enterprise systems you already use, like SAP or SharePoint. Got a messy data migration? I handle that too—moving files, Excel/CSV attachments, and historical data automatically so nobody has to suffer through endless manual copy-pasting.

• Advanced Automation & Integrations: Sometimes, standard tools just aren’t enough. When that happens, I build custom REST API connections or use n8n to orchestrate complex workflows. Imagine systems that automatically trigger phone calls, send out SMS alerts, or route chats the second a specific business event happens. I also regularly use PowerShell and Python (Anaconda/Spyder) to handle heavy data manipulation and administrative lifting.
