In my role as Lead Agile Tester, I owned the end-to-end QA strategy within a test team, safeguarding the quality of our front-end website and components. I led the design and implementation of automated test scripts and test data mocking strategies. As a quality advocate, I actively contributed to Scrum events, helping the team refine and elevate User Stories. Furthermore, I played a pivotal role in the enterprise cloud migration to Salesforce and Vista, as well as the seamless transition to the French group web platform.

As an Agile Tester within a DevOps team, I was responsible for the end-to-end QA process. Focused on safeguarding front-end and component quality by designing automated test scripts and implementing test data mocking. Created and maintained test documentation and reporting. Actively contributed to Scrum events, helping the team refine and improve User Stories from a quality perspective.

As a Lead Agile Tester, I steered the end-to-end QA process within a Scrum team, ensuring the highest quality of delivered components and the front-end website. I designed and implemented automated test scripts and established test data mocking strategies. Alongside managing test documentation and reporting, I championed quality during Scrum events, actively sharpening and elevating User Stories from a QA perspective during refinements.

In this role, I drove DevOps process improvements by optimizing Continuous Delivery tooling and spearheaded the introduction of Test Data Management solutions in strict accordance with GDPR legislation. As the responsible Test Manager, I successfully supervised two major cloud transitions: the migration of a new SaaS securities platform and the migration of Foreign Payments out of Oracle Flexcube to a new outsourced SaaS platform. Additionally, I utilized my deep testing expertise to execute Proof of Concepts (PoCs) focused on replacing the legacy Oracle CDC tooling.

I was responsible for testing and quality assurance of the mobile applications and back-end systems of SNS Bank, RegioBank, and ASN Bank. My role included performance and security testing, test execution, and coordinating testing activities as test lead, including the creation of partial test plans. I contributed to the implementation of SEPA processes for mobile and internet banking.
