Main responsibilities: • installation, configuration, maintenance and troubleshooting of CCTV and IP camera systems; • installation of PoE networks, NVR recorders, cabling and video doorbells; • computer and laptop diagnostics, repairs, upgrades and software installation; • troubleshooting networks, routers, Wi-Fi connections and printers; • installation and configuration of Microsoft 365, Outlook and business email accounts; • creation, migration and technical maintenance of WordPress websites; • advising customers on suitable hardware, software and security solutions. Responsible for the complete service process, including assessment, quotation, installation, configuration, testing and customer support.
