Hi,
I need a clean, production-ready 3D CAD model for a custom NFC tag enclosure (consumer tech accessory).
Specifications:- Shape: Rounded square / squircle puck with smooth filleted corners and chamfered edges (see attached reference image).- Outer dimensions: ~45 mm x 45 mm, thickness approx. 6 mm to 7 mm.- Structure: Two-part enclosure (top lid + bottom base) locking securely together via an internal cantilever snap-fit joint.- Internal cavity: Sized to fit an internal NFC disc tag (~30–40 mm diameter, ~1 mm thickness) with proper clearances (0.2–0.3 mm tolerance) so it won't rattle or bind.- Finish/Logo: The top surface should match the attached image, with the "Waky" logo and the small alarm clock icon on the 'y' debossed (0.4 mm - 0.5 mm deep) or set up for UV print.- Design requirements: Proper tolerances for 3D printing (SLS Nylon) and ready for plastic injection molding (uniform wall thickness ~1.5 mm, draft angles).
Deliverables required:1. STEP (.stp / .step) file (both individual parts and assembled model)2. STL files for 3D print testing
