Opdracht Omschrijving
We are looking to engage a freelance/interim AFAS Administrator to reduce the organisation’s dependency on its external AFAS vendor and consultant, and to stabilise day-to-day HR and payroll system operations across all sites (in NL, Lithuania, Ireland and Germany).You will
· Act as the organisation’s primary point of contact for AFAS configuration and support, reducing reliance on the external consultant for routine issues.
· Build internal self-service capability, training and transparent processes so users are no longer dependent on slow, costly external support.
· Stabilise the system of record by resolving recurring defects and closing the training gap.
· Provide technical input to the parallel strategic review of AFAS versus a global HR platform alternative.
