Fixing Google Merchant Center account because of misrepresentation

I originally started with a business name that had issues — ads were taking very long to approve, and the website name wasn’t appearing anywhere on search engines. Later I found out that an almost identical business name existed, and it had terrible reviews and many reports.
Because of that, I rebranded and changed my business name and domain. Ever since the rebrand, my Google account has been suspended.
When I log into Google Business Manager, I see three accounts:
1. The first account is for the old business name, which I no longer use.
• This account is still connected to Merchant Center and Google Ads.
• It also has completely incorrect business information (wrong address, wrong contact info, etc.).
2. The second account is for the new name, but it does not seem to be connected to Merchant Center or Google Ads. It only appears in Business Manager.
3. The third account is also for the new/current business name, and this one is connected to Merchant Center, but not to Google Ads.
I need someone to:
• Review all three accounts
• Identify conflicts, duplicated data, or incorrect connections
• Fix all incorrect business information
• Make sure Merchant Center → Google Ads → Business Profile are properly linked
• Ensure all policies are fully compliant
• Check that Merchant Center and Shopify are correctly integrated
• Correct anything else that needs to be adjusted, fixed, or cleaned up on the website or Google accounts to be compliant with Google requirments
• Prepare the account for the appeal and help with reinstatement
