For METSTRADE 2026, we are looking for an enthusiastic, presentable, and hospitable freelance host(ess) to support our team at our exhibition stand.
Our brand is an international brand specializing in high-quality deck coverings for boats and yachts.
What are you going to do?

Welcoming visitors in a friendly and professional manner.

Invite visitors to leave their contact details via a form, so that we can send them more information.

Offer and serve coffee, water, and soft drinks. We do not serve alcohol.

Guiding visitors to the right colleagues on our sales team.

Ensuring a neat, welcoming, and professional appearance of our stand.
Who are we looking for?

You speak Dutch and English fluently.

You are spontaneous, friendly, social, and presentable.

You have a natural smile and connect with people easily.

You are culturally aware and feel comfortable in an international environment.

You are proactive, independent, and service-oriented.
-
Experience as a host(ess) at trade fairs or business events is a plus.
