Strategic Fundraising Consultant

You have successfully guided technology companies through fundraising rounds and can help prepare us for investment / fundraising 

Your responsibilities include:

• Developing the fundraising strategy
• Preparing an investor-ready pitch deck
• Building a comprehensive investor data room
• Creating financial models and valuation support
• Preparing due diligence documentation
• Supporting negotiations with investors
• Introducing us to qualified angel investors, family offices and venture capital firms

Strategic Angel Investor

You invest not only capital but also experience, network and strategic guidance.

Ideally, you have experience in one or more of the following sectors:

• Enterprise Networking
• Wi-Fi & Wireless Technologies
• Cybersecurity
• Industrial IoT
• SaaS
• Enterprise Software
• Digital Infrastructure

You enjoy actively contributing to business growth through strategic advice, commercial introductions and international expansion.
