Opdracht Omschrijving

We are looking for a freelance Senior Azure Cloud Security / Network Engineer to support us in preparing our cloud environment for an upcoming ISO 27001 audit.

The assignment is focused on reviewing and implementing practical improvements in our Azure environment, with emphasis on topics such as:

  • network segmentation and access control
  • NSGs, private endpoints, Bastion, WAF and related network security settings
  • RBAC and privileged access
  • logging, monitoring and auditability
  • review of production access paths and technical hardening measures

We are looking for someone who:

  • has strong hands-on experience with Azure networking and security
  • can work independently and pragmatically
  • understands how to translate technical controls into audit-ready implementation
  • can review the current setup, implement improvements where needed, and leave a clear handover

Practical details:

  • short-term assignment, approximately 1 to 2 weeks
  • start ASAP
  • at least one onsite visit in our office in High Tech Campus, Eindhoven is required
  • remote work is fine

This is a practical implementation assignment.
