I am looking for a Legal Counsel / Jurist / Consultant in the Netherlands who can fully handle the registration of a branch (nevenvestiging) for my company at the KVK.Since I cannot be physically present in the Netherlands, the entire process must be managed remotely based on a Power of Attorney.

Required services:

  1. Full KVK branch registration (nevenvestiging)– Verification of required information– Preparation of all KVK forms– Submission of the application

  2. Representation at the KVK appointment– Attend the KVK office on my behalf– Present the required documents

  3. Preparation and handling of all required documents– Reviewing and advising on documentation– Ensuring compliance with Dutch requirements– Guidance on any additional documents needed

  4. Collection of the physical KVK Extract (Uittreksel)– Obtain the extract from KVK after registration– Forward it to my address (international shipping to Moldova)

Important:– The entire process must be carried out remotely.– I will provide all company documents + identification needed.– I am ready to issue a notarised Power of Attorney if required by KVK.
