Dear Sir/Madam,
I am a self-employed entrepreneur based in the Netherlands and I am currently applying for a partner residence permit with the IND.
As part of my application, I am urgently required to submit the official IND form 7612 – 'Declaration on income of self-employed person'. This form requires completion and signing by a registered administrator or accountant (Section 3 and Section 5 – Compilation Report).
I would like to inquire whether you are able to assist me with this. Specifically, I need:- Section 3 (Income from business activities) to be filled in based on my financial records- Section 5 (Compilation report) to be completed and signed by a qualified accountant
I can provide all necessary documents, including my income tax returns, profit & loss statements, and tax assessments from the Belastingdienst.
Could you please let me know if you are available for this one-off assignment by 8th Monday and what your fee would be?
