B2B Field Sales Hunter – Retail Acquisition Sprint (Optical Sector)
Description
We are a Benelux-based B2B eyewear distribution company expanding retail penetration in the Netherlands.
For March, we are launching a focused 4-week field sales sprint targeting:
• Independent opticians
• Established local retail chains (2–5 stores, regionally dominant players)
This is a field acquisition role.
Not advisory. Not account maintenance
Objective (4 weeks):
• Approach predefined target list (40–50 retail accounts)
• Secure decision-maker meetings
• Close new retail orders
• Generate measurable new revenue impact within the first month
Local retail chains are not easy wins.
They are professionally managed and commercially mature businesses.
This requires real field experience and strong closing capability.
Compensation
Structured performance-based model (fixed base + revenue-based commission).
Continuation
If strong performance, commercial alignment and momentum are achieved in March, the project will continue into April and May, with potential for longer-term collaboration.
This is not a trial exercise.
This is the start of a scalable retail expansion model.
We are looking for someone who:
• Has proven B2B field sales experience
• Is comfortable approaching established retail players
• Understands measurable revenue responsibility
• Has a true hunter mentality
