We are a growing B2B eyewear distribution company active in the Netherlands and Belgium, currently working with 63 active optical retail customers.For our next growth phase, we are looking for an experienced freelance B2B field sales professional with a strong commercial mindset and real retail acquisition experience.The focus of this role is opening new independent opticians and selected regional optical retail groups within the Dutch market.What we are looking for:• Strong B2B field sales mentality• Experience with retail acquisition• Independent and proactive working style• Ability to build long-term customer relationships• Professional communication and presentation skills• Hunter mentality with structured follow-upWhat we offer:• Existing customer base and active market presence• Long-term growth opportunity• Structured support and collaboration• Attractive commission model:– 15% commission on main collections– 20% commission on AVUE collection• Possibility of a base compensation + commission structure for the right profileFocus:• Field sales• Retail acquisition• Account penetration• B2B relationship buildingThis is a serious long-term commercial growth project within the optical industry.We prefer to continue communication in writing during the first phase of the process.Interested?
