We are a leading, internationally active manufacturer of high-quality industrial cranes and lifting systems. For the professional management of our internal software transition, we are looking for an experienced freelance project manager. We need a decisive specialist to successfully guide the complex implementation of Salesforce and Rootstock within our organization.
Responsibilities
- Supervising and directly managing the complete Salesforce and Rootstock implementation from start to final delivery.
- Acting as the central point of contact for all technical and functional matters regarding this ERP and CRM integration.
- Monitoring technical requirements, project milestones, and quality during the transition to the new software systems.
- Ensuring seamless coordination with various stakeholders within our international industrial manufacturing environment.
Who we are looking for
- Proven experience as a freelance project manager or implementation leader in similar large-scale software integrations.
- Concrete and in-depth expertise in both Salesforce (CRM) and Rootstock (ERP).
- Working experience within a technical, manufacturing, or industrial sector (such as mechanical engineering or crane technology) is a strong advantage.
- Proven skills in project planning, risk management, and effective stakeholder management.
