Lead the team to leverage artificial intelligence for exploring relationship amongst performance KPI and calibration tests. This has enabled to move from traditional approach of system integration to fast forward means for completing performance check. The solution has established relationship of acceptance test procedure (ATP) KPI with calibration tests machine constants (MCs). This was earlier not concrete and limited to practical tacit knowledge of few design and research team members. Optimized solution not only saved about 250 minutes per machine compounding to total of 550 hours/year (~ 5.5M€), but also enabled to have the KPIs in population (i.e. low variation).
