Hi ik ben Sophie. Na mijn opleiding aan de Hogere Hotelschool Maastricht heb ik 11 jaar in de hotellerie gewerkt in Amsterdam, waarvan een aantal toffe jaren als General Manager en Cluster General Manager. In 2022 maakte ik bewust de stap naar trainer en coach, gedreven door één duidelijke passie: het ontwikkelen van mensen en organisaties. Mijn aanpak is persoonlijk, betrokken en resultaatgericht.
