In 2024, I, Hedieh Goodarzi, founded GoInnoMed to help ventures access critical knowledge in a flexible and cost-effective way. Emerging ventures often require specialized expertise without the resources to justify full-time hires across all domains. Additionally, success in HealthTech hinges on an integrated approach to Product Management, Innovation Management, and Customer Success Management creating lasting customer value and achieve sustainable business growth, both now and in the future. I've spent years inside hospitals, working shoulder-to-shoulder with Heads of Departments, Superusers, Biomed, and Operations teams.
