I’ve spent my career working in internal digital communication roles for leading banking and financial service organisations, one of the largest travel e-commerce companies, consultancies and more. Helping individuals, teams and organisations across Europe make the most of digital communication platforms.During this time I’ve worked on transformation projects, implemented million euro digital platforms and provided insight to support new ways of working digitally. I’ve presented at Intranet conferences and events.
I’m a Prosci Certified Change Manager with a proven track record in digital transformation, driving adoption and engagement through strategic implementation of digital tools and collaborative work with stakeholders, HR, Internal Communication and IT teams.
From developing and building digital platforms, and engaging users and stakeholders around digital tools, to drafting content, communication plans and through tailored train the trainer workshops and knowledge-sharing to support adoption or build community. All with a focus on key change metrics and adoption KPIs. my overarching focus is on empowering people to get the most from technology, enabling them to work smarter, not harder.
I am a native English speaker, with a working knowledge of Dutch, so I can follow discussions and contribute in Dutch when needed.

Lead consultant for social intranet activities, supporting clients to improve how they connect, communicate and collaborate in the digital world of work with Workplace by Meta, Happeo, WorkVivo, Google Workspace, Google Gemini for Workspace and GCP (Google Cloud Platform). Highlights included: - Created and provided Gemini for Google Workspace enablement sessions for clients looking to explore opportunities with Generative-AI - Devised a maturity model for social intranets, enabling clients to assess their current state and identify areas for improvement. - Researched, showcased new solutions for clients, for example Workplace chat bots and VR. - Acted as Customer Success Engineer for the change, communication, technical implementation and migration of over 40 operating companies to a single global intranet platform (Happeo) with over 40k users - Launched Workplace to over 3k employees with >90% adoption rate. - Led the migration of all content from Workplace by Meta to WorkVivo, on time and within budget - Constructed and implemented a KPI dashboard for a global intranet, providing insights into platform usage and effectiveness. - Consulted on the building of templates for a global intranet platform which led to the adoption of templates as well as visibility and usage of business area content Provided weekly user support, troubleshooting technical issues and responding to inquiries. - Built and maintained automated workflows in Okta to streamline the employee lifecycle for identity and access management processes. - Led or supported roadmap sessions on new platform features which clients would benefit from.
Strategic, structural and proactive community and digital workplace consultancy for: Huawei: - Community management of +60k member UK fan/service community. - Successful migration of community to a new platform. - Creation and management of Huawei content on the site. - Management of community ambassadors and moderators. Working within the Internal Communication team, managing Workplace by Facebook within Booking. Helping colleagues to connect, communicate and collaborate effectively.
