I’ve spent my career working in internal digital communication roles for leading banking and financial service organisations, one of the largest travel e-commerce companies, consultancies and more. Helping individuals, teams and organisations across Europe make the most of digital communication platforms.During this time I’ve worked on transformation projects, implemented million euro digital platforms and provided insight to support new ways of working digitally. I’ve presented at Intranet conferences and events. I’m a Prosci Certified Change Manager with a proven track record in digital transformation, driving adoption and engagement through strategic implementation of digital tools and collaborative work with stakeholders, HR, Internal Communication and IT teams. From developing and building digital platforms, and engaging users and stakeholders around digital tools, to drafting content, communication plans and through tailored train the trainer workshops and knowledge-sharing to support adoption or build community. All with a focus on key change metrics and adoption KPIs. my overarching focus is on empowering people to get the most from technology, enabling them to work smarter, not harder.
