Developed a new charging mechanism based on actual usage, providing complete transparency on IT cost and improving quality of communications between HQ and regional leadership team regarding IT spent. IT spent reduced 10% by 1.5 years. • Managed global contracts (AT&T, Microsoft, Oracle, Accenture, Autodesk, etc) up to €80m annually and partnered with regional CTOs and IT service lines leads to deliver IT services to businesses with cost efficiencies. • Oversaw opex/ capex cost control, up to €100m, for the largest scale global digital/ business transformation program (Arcadis Way) within Arcadis.
