Ik heb vijftien jaar in organisaties gewerkt waar slimme mensen elkaar in de weg zaten. Bij Schiphol, KPN, FMO en een scale-up in Leiden zag ik steeds hetzelfde patroon: teams die niet slecht presteerden, maar verkeerd stonden opgesteld. Mensen die hard werkten aan taken die hun energie vraten, terwijl hun echte talent ongebruikt bleef liggen.Ik heb zelf teams geleid, tot veertig mensen. Ik heb C-level gecoacht, transformaties begeleid en genoeg heidagen gezien die op maandag alweer vergeten waren.
