Hi Throughout my career, from Management Consulting to Customer Success and Product & Innovation Management, I've gained a 360-degree perspective of what drives success. I've witnessed how ideas transform into market-ready solutions, improving outcomes for patients and caregivers. My experience has shown that breaking silos and fostering interplay between teams and actors in an ecosystem, creates proactive future-proof value in healthcare. Central to this approach is a deep commitment to customer-centricity, designing solutions for and with customers by empathizing with their journey and addressing their evolving needs. In 2024, I, Hedieh Goodarzi, founded GoInnoMed to help ventures access critical knowledge in a flexible and cost-effective way. Emerging ventures often require specialized expertise without the resources to justify full-time hires across all domains. Additionally, success in HealthTech hinges on an integrated approach to Product Management, Innovation Management, and Customer Success Management creating lasting customer value and achieve sustainable business growth, both now and in the future. What sets me apart is how deeply I've worked with customers—not just in meeting rooms, but on the ground. I've spent years inside hospitals, working shoulder-to-shoulder with Heads of Departments, Superusers, Biomed, and Operations teams. This hands-on exposure shaped my approach to innovation: I anticipate unmet needs early, understand the downstream effects of weak integration, and proactively design upstream solutions that stick. I led the shift from fragmented innovation to customer-aligned portfolios, with roadmaps that addressed not only features, but the end-to-end journey: Land, Adapt, Expand, and Renew. Ik ben begonnen met theaterschool opleiding actrice. Ik ben daarna naar het conservatorium gegaan en ben afgestudeerd op het conservatorium voor zang en op de theateropleiding in Amsterdam voor regie. Ik heb twee boeken geschreven en een script voor een theatergroep in Barcelona. Ik houd van scripts schrijven omdat het schrijven in dialoog iets heel direct is, ook een kader geeft omdat het spreektaal moet zijn en bij de personage moet passen. Proza schrijven is vrijer wat ook weer zijn charme heeft. Toch heb gemerkt dat het werken aan een opdracht binnen een creatief kader en samenwerking mij veel voldoening geeft. Ik ben momenteel bezig met proza waarvan ik nog niet weet waar het heen gaat, maar het werken eraan stemt me vrolijk. Schrijven is wat mij betreft een van de fijnste bezigheden in dit leven. Ik heb dan ook zin om met nieuwe projecten te beginnen en heb mij daarom op deze site ingeschreven. Ik ben benieuwd! Ondanks dat ik niet meer de jongste ben (61 jaar) blijf ik bezig met schrijven en muziek omdat daar mijn passie ligt. Ik ben zangeres en oprichter van de band @MOVES die resideert in Barcelona, en schrijf daarvoor mijn eigen teksten. Naast het schrijven geef ik zangles online en op locatie (Amsterdam).
