Leadership & Transformation

As Head of Digital Services at BASF Netherlands, I am responsible for leading the organization’s digital and IT agenda, working directly with senior management and contributing to the Dutch Leadership Team.

My responsibilities include:

• Defining and executing digital and IT strategy
• Leading and developing IT organizations
• Translating business strategy into digital initiatives
• Managing IT demand, priorities and transformation roadmaps
• Steering enterprise-wide programs and local implementations

I have also served as Country Cluster Captain for the global Mercury / SAP S/4HANA program, coordinating business-IT alignment, change readiness and implementation activities across the Netherlands, Switzerland and Austria.

International IT & Infrastructure Experience

Previously, as Business Relationship Manager for Wintershall’s Oil & Gas operations across MENA and Russia, I operated at the intersection of business, IT and infrastructure in complex international and geopolitical environments.
