At 24, I've founded a creative agency, led international projects across three continents, organised events for 10,000+ people worldwide, travelled to 12 countries and 4 continents including Africa, South America, the Caribbeans to do social work, and somehow found time to create, design, write and help publish books along the way. I'm Alexandra — entrepreneur, strategist, teacher, writer, spoken word artist, designer and the kind of person who is deeply passionate about people and their stories, the power of creativity and art, and committed to being a voice for the voiceless. I build things — businesses, brands, strategies, and teams. As the founder of Arising Gen. and a seasoned project manager with experience spanning medical tech, construction, food industry and beyond, I thrive at the intersection of strategy, creativity, and execution. I help find solutions and take burdens off so teams, managers or businesses can operate more eficiently, better and more structured. From leading cross-market projects across Ghana, Nigeria, and the Netherlands to pitching investors and designing brand identities, I bring a rare mix of entrepreneurial thinking and hands-on delivery. But what truly drives me is people and faith. I am deeply passionate about social impact — counselling families and teenagers, doing youth work, speaking & teaching at events around the world on topics that matter. I've taken that mission across borders, volunteering and serving communities in Africa (Uganda, Guyana, Kenya, Cape-Vert), South America, and Suriname. Whether on a stage delivering spoken word pieces, in a room counselling a young person finding their way, or behind the scenes organising a large-scale event or designing — I show up fully and with purpose. Fluent in four languages, I connect across cultures as naturally as I connect dots between ideas and outcomes.
