Mijn naam is Niels Aarts, een ervaren Microsoft 365 en Power Platform specialist. Ik help bedrijven (voornamelijk MKB) met het automatiseren van processen in Microsoft Office middels VBA, met name gerelateerd aan Excel. Denk hierbij bijvoorbeeld aan het automatisch uitlezen van e-mails waarbij gegevens in een Excel spreadsheet bijgewerkt worden, het aanpassen van bestanden naar een formaat wat geschikt is om te importeren in andere applicaties, facturatieprogramma’s en project/urenregistratie applicaties. Tevens heb ik expertise opgebouwd in applicaties binnen het Microsoft Power Platform. Zo heb ik de Microsoft PL-900 Power Platform Fundamentals en PL-300 Power BI Data Analyst certificeringen behaald en heb ik een oplossing gebouwd in Power Apps voor een van mijn klanten.  Ook heb ik kennis opgedaan van het maken van agents in Microsoft Copilot Studio, een mooie manier waarmee AI ingezet kan worden om processen nog makkelijker en efficiënter te automatiseren.

Tijdens mijn laatste werkervaring bij een organisatie in de financiële industrie mijn verantwoordelijkheden waren business analyse opstellen, betrouwbare software applicaties ontwikkelen voor interne teams, software testen, deze continue blijven verfijnen en reageren op de klanten verzoeken en incidenten van de gebruikers.
